Local governments and other organisations across Europe are invited to present their solutions facing the corona pandemic in a contest, organised by the city of Lublin. Winners in five categories will be announced at the Cross-Border Cooperation Congress held by Lublin in October and will receive a film as a prize, promoting their initiative.
